Welcome to GlazeDream Sleep. By accessing our shop at 10 Rounds Green Road or our digital boutique, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms. We aren't fans of small print either, but they're necessary to protect both your rights and our commitment to quality. Why do we have these? Because clarity in our business relationship is just as important as the support in our mattresses.

Our services are provided on the basis of mutual respect. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, we'll be sad to see you go, but we must ask that you refrain from using our site or purchasing products. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time—don't worry, we won't hide changes in a dark corner of the site.

Shipping & Delivery

We're dedicated to getting your bedding to your door in Sandwell and across the UK quickly. Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Have you ever wondered what happens after you click 'order'? Our team meticulously inspects every pillow and sheet set before it leaves our B69 facility.

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. While we strive for perfection, we aren't responsible for delays caused by external couriers or extreme weather conditions.

Returns & Refunds

Not 100% satisfied? We offer a 14-day return window for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses or pillows that have been slept on. It's only fair, right? You wouldn't want to receive a pillow someone else tested for a week.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the item arrives back at our warehouse for inspection.
